A review on nutritional value, phytoconstituents, therapeutical effect & side effect of super seeds in diet

Abstract: A healthy diet is balanced, meaning that it provides your body with all the nutrient and minerals it needs to function best. Its emphasis the plant- based foods especially fruit, vegetables, seeds, whole grains, legumes and nuts. It contains plenty of protein. It is low in sugar and salt. Healthy diet can be advantages because a diet can then eventually reduce the risk of obesity, diabetes and heart diseases as well as improve person overall some of well- being. This paper outlines the health features and consequence of super seeds namely chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds & pumpkin seeds. This review also addresses the few ways to consume this seed.
